These terms govern your use of NoUpload (no-upload.com). By visiting the site and using any of our tools, you agree to the conditions described below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use.

1. Overview of the Service

NoUpload provides a suite of browser-based tools for processing images and PDF files. Our tools include image compression, resizing, cropping, format conversion, blurring, HEIC-to-JPG conversion, EXIF metadata removal, WASM-powered optimization, favicon generation, QR code generation, image-to-PDF conversion, and PDF compression, merging, and splitting.

All processing happens locally in your browser. We do not upload, receive, or store your files on any server. The tools are available at no cost and require no account or registration.

2. Output Quality and Your Responsibility

Because file processing runs on your device using your browser's capabilities, results can vary depending on your browser, operating system, available memory, and the characteristics of the input file. A very large image may take longer to process on a low-powered device; a complex PDF may produce slightly different results across different browsers.

We do not control file quality after conversion — always verify your results before use. If you are compressing images for a client deliverable, resizing photos for a print order, or merging PDFs for a submission, open the output file and confirm it meets your expectations. NoUpload provides the tools; the responsibility for reviewing output quality is yours.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure our tools produce accurate results, but we cannot guarantee pixel-perfect fidelity across every possible input file and browser combination.

You may use NoUpload for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. You may not:

Since your files never reach our servers, we have no access to them and claim no rights over them. The images, PDFs, and other files you process through NoUpload remain entirely your property. We do not view, analyze, train on, or monetize your content in any way.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to process the files you bring to the site. If you compress, convert, or modify an image or document, make sure you have the necessary permissions or ownership to do so.

5. Intellectual Property

The NoUpload website — including its name, design, tool interfaces, blog content, and underlying code — is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our site or tools without our written consent.

Open-source libraries and WebAssembly modules used within our tools retain their respective licenses. Our use of open-source technology does not extend an open-source license to NoUpload as a whole.

6. Limitation of Liability

NoUpload is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free processing, or that our tools will handle every file format or size without issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of NoUpload shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our tools. This includes, without limitation, data loss, corrupted output files, quality degradation, missed deadlines resulting from tool failure, or any other direct or indirect damages.

Because processing happens on your device, we recommend keeping a copy of your original file before performing any operation. If something goes wrong, your original remains safe on your machine.

7. Availability

We make our best effort to keep NoUpload online and up to date, but we do not promise guaranteed uptime. The site may go down temporarily for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time.

8. Third-Party Ads and Links

NoUpload displays third-party advertisements. We do not control or endorse the content of these ads. If you click through to an advertiser's site, their terms and privacy policy apply — not ours.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms as our service evolves. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of NoUpload after updates are posted means you accept the new terms.
