Whether something is not working the way you expected, you have an idea for a tool we should build next, or you just want to let us know that our image compressor saved you twenty minutes before a deadline — we would love to hear it.

Bug Reports

If a tool is not behaving correctly, the most helpful thing you can include is which tool you were using, what kind of file you were working with (format and rough size), your browser and operating system, and a description of what went wrong. If you are comfortable attaching a screenshot, even better — but never feel obligated to share the actual file, especially if it is private. That is the whole point of what we do here.
