Blur applies a Gaussian blur effect that smooths the area. Pixelate divides the area into large blocks, making details unrecognizable. Both effectively hide sensitive content.

Yes. Use the Undo button to remove the last drawn region. Redo is also available to restore removed regions.

Yes, once downloaded. The original pixel data under blurred/pixelated regions cannot be recovered from the downloaded file.
